Launch & token

First look — Oct 2

Earliest snapshot of the room, the token and the revenue machinery.

2026-10-02 · overview

A no-limit hold'em poker room on Robinhood Chain, played for USDG, where the token gives holders a cut of the room's revenue (rake + creator fees) via staking, a daily jackpot, tournaments and a daily buyback-and-burn.

1. What it is

Six-max no-limit hold'em with real USDG buy-ins. Each hand is shuffled with a commit–reveal scheme (commit = SHA256("suited/commit/v1" ‖ serverSeed ‖ handNo)) that players can re-deal and verify in-browser. Deposits sit in an on-chain vault; table results settle off-chain and checkpoint to the vault, which the contract refuses to accept unless entries sum to zero net of rake and the vault stays fully collateralised. Rake is 5% capped by stake/table size, "no flop, no drop," uncontested pots never raked. The token ($SUITED) is not needed to play — it is a claim on the room's income: 20% of creator fees + 12% of net rake to stakers, 30% to a daily jackpot, 20% to tournaments, 20% house, 10% daily buyback+burn.

2. Market state

  • FDV: ~$402–409K ($0.0004079). ATH: $0.002002 on 2026-09-30 05:00 UTC (~$2.0M FDV) → −80% from ATH.
  • 24h: −52.0%; hourly volume collapsed from $550K/hr at launch to $0.5–16K/hr now.
  • Tape (24h): buys 1,263 / sells 1,703 (DexScreener) = sell-heavy distribution; unique buyers 345 / sellers 422.
  • Liquidity: primary pool $49.8K (DexScreener $52.0K), FDV/liq ≈ 8× — thin for a token with this much nominal volume.
  • Pool age: graduated 2026-09-29 22:49 UTC (≈3 days).
  • Paid profile: yes — DexScreener tokenProfile approved (paymentTimestamp 1790722358706 ≈ launch day).

3. fomo cohort

Not available — fomo API is disabled (account restricted 2026-09-11; all /v2/* + /proxy/* 403). The Suited site has a "buy on fomo" link, implying a fomo listing, but listing unverified (fomo_verify returns INCONCLUSIVE without a session). No fomo holder sheet was pulled.

On-chain holder layer (Blockscout): 1,115 holders. Top holders are contracts, not whales: SuitedStaking 12.12%, v4 PoolManager 8.66%, PonsV2LaunchLocker 8.27%; largest non-contract wallet ≈1.78%. No obvious concentrated retail dump-wallet in the top-50 — the float is broad.

4. X layer

  • Official: @Suitedclub — 600 followers, 3 following, 60 posts, joined Aug 8 2026, X-verified, links suited.club + Discord discord.gg/FQtbNNTVF8.
  • Engagement is small and thin: pinned "The River" freeroll post 42 likes / 12K views; jackpot-win posts ~16 likes. The account is active with daily devlogs and announcements.
  • Replies are mostly engagement-farm spam ("Let's Grow…", "DM me", "potential collaborations") plus a few real ones — a "Going to be a fun week!" supporter and a blunt skeptic: "Too bad you're coin is dying" (@LandonBeaver38). No big accounts amplifying; roster coverage nil (token is too new/small for the tracked roster).
  • Real signal from the account itself: freeroll tournaments running daily Sep30→Oct4 ($1,000 pool each), second jackpot won by "dumdum" for $11,328.63 (3.05% chance from $12,878 wagered), buybacks and burns posted daily with receipts.

5. Who's behind

  • Anonymous / pseudonymous. No named founders anywhere on the site, docs, or X. Websearch for "Suited" surfaces unrelated companies (an AI recruiting firm, an apparel brand) — not this project.
  • Operator/admin wallet: 0x3354AFb7407fADE2DA64A669F7d8610b2c31Ab06 — the EOA that called launchAndBuy on the Pons launcher (2026-09-29 22:48), accepted vault ownership, set the staking notifier and jackpot setMaxClaim. It holds ~10,000,000 SUITED (1.01%) and has accumulated ~$23,852 USDG (the 20% house share). It also ran a launchAndBuy on 2026-09-23, i.e. this operator had a prior Pons launch — a serial launcher.
  • Contracts (all team-written, deposited addresses in /docs/contracts): Vault 0x156473aD…3C33, Staking 0x107196ac…18dC, Jackpot distributor 0x026A09f9…2a5d, Creator-fee claimer 0xeEd5b0Bd…19f1, Creator-fee splitter 0xf893bD89…877b, Rake router 0x5A89a7a1…5aD3.
  • Verification claim: docs say every contract is a Sourcify exact match (creation + runtime). The token contract shows is_verified: true on Blockscout; the other contracts were not individually recompiled here.
  • Name collision: "Suited Apes Society" (suitedapes.com, $SUIT/$SUITUP on Robinhood Chain, @johnnytranpro) is an unrelated NFT/poker project — do not conflate.

6. Narrative & drama

  • Narrative class: product token / on-chain casino ("become the house") on Robinhood Chain — the RH "real product" bucket (cf. PONS, ORBIO, UP, Index). It rides the same meta as Smartchain Poker (Solana, RH launch planned) and BetFi, but is the first genuinely live RH-chain poker room found.
  • Real money is moving (verified on chain, not just posts):
  • Creator fees received by the claimer ≈ $101,347 between Sep29 and Oct2 (per-day: Sep30 ≈$58.5K, Oct1 ≈$29.3K, Oct2 ≈$12.8K) — claimed hourly and split 10/20/30/20/20 on-chain.
  • Vault holds $48,927 USDG (player bankroll + uncollected rake).
  • Staking holds 119.6M SUITED (12.1% of supply) + $19,789 USDG of rewards.
  • Jackpot distributor: $30,409 in, $26,793 paid to winners; balance $3,616 (two/three draws; second paid $11,328.63).
  • Buyback+burn: $9,474 spent, 13.17M burned (1.32%), running daily.
  • Red flags / watch items: anonymous team; paid DexScreener profile; very low X reach with farm-spam replies; creator-fee revenue is declining fast ($58K→$29K→$13K/day) and was front-loaded on the launch pump; sell-heavy tape on a thin primary pool; only 3 days old.
  • Verified vs unverified: on-chain flows above are verified from Blockscout transfers/balances. The pitch (provably-fair shuffle, vault safety, 80% of creator fees leaving the house) is documented and the token contract is verified, but the non-token contracts were not recompiled in this pass, and the "become the house" yield is a trailing, volume-dependent share — the docs explicitly disclaim any return.

7. The honest read

Bull case. This is one of the rare RH-chain tokens with a working product and real USDG cash flow: ~$101K of creator fees in three days funded $26.8K of jackpot payouts, $9.5K of buybacks (1.32% burned), live staking ($19.8K rewards held) and a $48.9K player vault. Fixed supply, fair Pons launch, no vesting, and a coherent value-accrual design (rake + creator fees → stakers/holders). If player volume and Pons trading volume hold at all, the buyback is a persistent bid.

Bear case. Price is −80% from the day-2 ATH and −52% in 24h on a sell-heavy tape; the fee engine was driven by the launch pump and is already decelerating hard. Token holding is optional to play, the yield is a trailing share of a falling revenue stream, the team is anonymous, the operator is a serial launcher, and distribution reach is minimal. Classic Pons lifecycle: hype → dump, with a real product left underneath — but "real product" ≠ "token holds value."

Checkpoint to watch. Whether daily creator fees + rake stabilize (the creator-fee claimer inflow per day — currently $58K→$29K→$13K) and whether the buyback burn rate outpaces sell pressure. Next 3–7 days of the fee counter and vault USDG growth decide if this is a durable cash-flow token or a launch-week flash.

Open questions. Team identity; real (non-launch) rake volume; whether the house wallet sells its 10M + $23.8K; fomo listing status (API disabled → unverified); contract source recompilation for the six team contracts.
